This dress is so dreamy! We love this floral print and beautiful colors! This dress features a smocked bodice and ruffled hemline. It also has a flow bracelet sleeve! It can be worn on or off the shoulder. Made of 100% polyester, there is no stretch, however the smocked bodice has great stretch. Design placement will vary.
